Filmværksted Viborg had an amazing time at this years Annecy where we celebrated the world of animation. We were blown away by the inspiring debates and talks that unfolded, especially the ones shining a spotlight on the importance of diversity and inclusion in our industry. The subject of diversity is of great importance to Filmværksted Viborg, and we're committed to making meaningful changes to our practices and policies, striving for greater inclusivity, and providing equal opportunities for all.

Period Drama: 'Period Drama' by Michaela Mihalyi
We attended all of this years MIFA pitches, a very inspiring presentation of upcoming projects. We even gave out a Filmværksted Viborg award within the Short Film category, to Michaela Mihalyi and her short ‘Period Drama’ - a beautiful short with a humorous tone strong visuals that fit the subject matter of menstruation and adolescence perfectly. We’re very excited fo follow this project along its path!
